DUMBO's waterfront setting gives its happy hour scene a backdrop that few neighborhoods can match. Bars and restaurants beneath the Manhattan Bridge and along the East River offer weekday drink specials with views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the city skyline. The area draws creative workers and tourists alike, and the best deals tend to land in the early afternoon before the dinner crowd arrives.
