The blocks around Barclays Center are packed with bars that thrive on the pre-game and post-concert crowd. But weekday happy hours here are a different story: calmer, cheaper, and easier to get into. Prospect Heights and Fort Greene bars near the arena run solid afternoon specials, and you won't be competing with event-night crowds. One of the best times to explore the area.
