Happy hour near Coney Island pairs boardwalk charm with affordable drinks. The bars along Surf Avenue and Stillwell run specials year-round, but the scene peaks in summer when the beach crowd filters in. Expect a mix of sports bars, lounges, and casual spots with an atmosphere that's more fun than fancy. The prices are among the lowest in Brooklyn, and the ocean is right there.
