Battery Park's happy hour scene serves the office crowd from the nearby towers and the waterfront visitors drifting in from the ferry terminal. Irish pubs, sports bars, and bar-and-restaurant combos line the blocks around West Street, with solid weekday specials that lean mid-range. The neighborhood thins out in the evening, so early happy hour here is the move. Great views if you find a spot facing the harbor.
